Website and Personal Data

This Privacy Notice informs you about how your personal data will be collected, used, stored, and/or transferred by Corporativo Gaviotas, S.A. de C.V. Making a Reservation

To process vehicle reservations and rentals, Antyr collects the following personal data: name, surname, country of residence, email, phone number, and driver’s license number. Financial information collected includes credit card number, expiration date, and security code, which is encrypted and securely stored.

Viewing, Modifying, or Canceling Reservations

For Emerald Club membership and access to exclusive benefits, Antyr collects: driver’s license number and expiration, issuing country and authority, name, surname, date of birth, country of residence, address, email, and phone number. Access requires your username or membership number.

Business Programs

For business transportation programs (e.g., Renting), contact information collected includes: name, surname, phone number, and email.

Online Billing

Antyr allows online invoice requests for reservations. Required information includes RFC and reservation/contract number. For reservations in Cancún, Chetumal, Ciudad del Carmen, Mérida, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Veracruz, or Villahermosa, additional personal data is collected: name, surname, address, RFC, email, phone, and reservation/contract number. Electronic invoices require: RFC, name, surname, email, tax regime, postal code, and signature.

Subscriptions

To receive notifications of special offers, Antyr collects: name, surname, email, country, and phone number.

Data Use and Sharing

Antyr collects, uses, stores, and transmits personal data as allowed by law, primarily to fulfill contractual obligations. Data may be shared within Mexico with third parties when necessary to provide services, for legal compliance, or in case of incidents.

Recipients may include:

Authorized providers for issuing electronic tax invoices.

Partner companies (e.g., Bepensa Motriz, S.A. de C.V., Rent A Matic Itzá, S.A. de C.V.) for reservations in specific cities. These partners become responsible for handling personal data according to their privacy policies.

Insurance companies in case of accidents.

Authorities if a crime or contractual breach occurs.
